I just don't know how to present all her picture foods...

We've also done this with OT activities. Not to ask for an activity as much, but to prepare Claire for what we were going to work one. First is pegs, then puzzles...that sort of thing.Melissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06474584473012742915noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1704406957662088168.post-61346659551765255722011-11-15T21:56:40.114-06:002011-11-15T21:56:40.114-06:00This is a great idea! Bailey is still too little for it now (I'm guessing - she's 12 months) but it looks like a fantastic resource for when she is a bit older. thanks for sharing - you have great tips on your blog!CMhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00752104706937675376noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1704406957662088168.post-15321213545227426812011-11-14T18:58:15.104-06:002011-11-14T18:58:15.104-06:00This is progress in the sense that before Ellie wo...This is progress in the sense that before Ellie would only put the pictures in her mouth. Now she also hands the picture to you in recognition of getting the actual item! Although, instead of handing you a picture, the person has a set of picture categories to choose from, and then each category has pictures underneath it as well. They would just have to point to it. One example is a food category. Under this category are pictures of apples, bananas, carrots, etc.
Might be better for once Ellie is a little bit older though. I bet they have a similar app for the iPad.Marcihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04978290224534490259noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1704406957662088168.post-86525106608230041802011-11-14T14:44:16.675-06:002011-11-14T14:44:16.675-06:00This is kind of brilliant. This is kind of brilliant.Mariahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12145201349050770983noreply@blogger.com
